Y-SAPIX Global Campus hosts various events to help those who are considering studying abroad.
YGC Annual Events
Domestic and International Education Fair (held mid-March)
Participants: For students in elementary school, junior high school, or high school and their parents/guardians
All of the international divisions at SAPIX YOZEMI GROUP get together to host an event with the theme of “considering domestic or international education.” We invite globally-minded guest speakers and host information sessions/consultation sessions to address various cases, such as taking entrance exams as a returnee, considering studying abroad, studying currently in the U.S., and learning English for the first time for elementary school students. The division best suited to each case will provide consultation.
North American Boarding School Fair (held mid-August)
Participants: For those who are considering studying at a boarding school in North America and their parents/guardians
Boarding schools in North America prepare students for college/university studies with dormitory facilities. At YGC, we provide information on both American and Canadian boarding schools with the support of Triple Alpha Inc., a part of SAPIX YOZEMI GROUP that focuses on helping students who wish to study at North American boarding schools.
YGC Open Campus (held three times a year)
Participants: For students in elementary school, junior high school, or high school
This event provides students the opportunity to try out various classes at YGC. Such classes include Academic Preparation for junior high school and high school students interested in studying abroad, Global Education for junior high school and high school students who want to strengthen their academic English skills, REAL and AEFL for students in elementary school to maintain and improve their English skills. This event is generally held three times a year (late February to mid-March, mid-June to July, and late October).
【Paid Events】YGC Academic Program (held twice a year)
Participants: For students in elementary school, junior high school, or high school
This is a paid program for students considering studying abroad or wanting to improve their English level. The content of the program varies each year. In the past, YGC held an Academic Essay Writing event where students learned new vocabulary and expressions with the goal of writing essays naturally.
